BADLAND is an adventure game. It is developed by Frogmind and released for Android and iOS in April 2013.
You play a little dark creature of a forest made out of primarily old machines and waste industrial parts. BADLAND has both single player and multiplayer (maximum of 4) modes.
To play this game, you have to make sure your creature stays visible on the continuously moving game screen. Keep on touching the screen to keep you creature afloat. To go up touch longer and to go down, keep your touch time shorter. Try to prevent him from getting hit on the top or bottom of the path, or being hit by falling rocks. This will slow his movement, which might end up in him being left behind on the constantly moving screen.
You will be facing obstacles like sucking canals, falling objects, rotating wheels, and narrowed paths. But, you also come across small and big lights on your path. Each big light will increase the size of the creature. This will help him to push away heavy obstac...les and prevent him from being hit by objects which could have been hard to do with his normal size. When your creature touches the small size lights, he becomes smaller. For every small light he touches he keeps on getting smaller and smaller. It is very easy for the small creature to slide through narrow paths and move forward faster, when hit by moving obstacles such as rotating wheels.
But be aware, collecting too much of the same type of lights continuously might end up sabotaging your game. If your creature gets too big, he won't be able to fly through narrow paths and he will also get heavier. If your creatures gets too small, there is a possibility for him to get hit by a moving obstacle and leave the game screen by flying faster. As he is small, he will also require more flying time than what he takes when he is an average size creature. So be wise with collecting these lights.
You can play this game for free. It's a joy to play through this dark fairy-tale-like forest and discover many imaginative obstacles on the way.
Yes, you can also play BADLAND offline.
